Do you allow dogs?

We love dogs! Whether they’re for company or support, we do allow dogs in our properties. Since it will be more to clean up for our cleaning crew, we charge $85 for one dog, and $25 per extra dog (3 max) . Read more (and how to pay) here.

What are some activities you recommend in the area?

There are numerous activities across the high desert. Depending on what you’re in the mood for, who you’re traveling with, and what season it is, House Of would love to help out with tips. Just send us a message here or through Airbnb and we’d love to help you out.

Will it be too hot or cold?

Being the Mojave Desert, the temperature might fluctuate a lot. Make sure you check the weather report before your trip, as it can become both very hot and cold, even just in one day. For our properties, we offer both heating and cooling, as well as hot tubs and cowboy tubs, for you to regulate your internal temperature.

Are your rates flexible?

We are a new Property Management company with aggressive pricing. Depending on events and seasonality, you might see rates being higher or lower compared to other dates, and these are the best rates we’re able to offer.

Can I bring daytime guests?

Absolutely. Just make sure to ask permission before bringing any daytime guests over. There are limitations of daytime guests depending on property.
