How do I book?
Open the house you like, pick your dates in the calendar and pay by card. No account needed. You get a confirmation email right away and your arrival guide 24 hours before check-in.
What's included in the price? Are there hidden fees?
No surprises. Before you pay, the calendar shows your full total: the nightly rate, cleaning, taxes and a small booking fee from Hospitable, the platform we book through. The only extras are ones you choose: a dog fee if you bring one, and pool heating at House of Funk ($100 a day).
Which house is right for my trip?
House of Kuna (Yucca Valley, sleeps 8) is for Joshua Tree, groups, families and dogs. House of Funk (Palm Springs, sleeps 2) is for a couple's weekend with a pool. House of Lemons (Los Angeles, sleeps 6) is for families, friends and remote work near the mountains and beaches. Compare all three.
Do you allow dogs?
Yes. We're dog-friendly across all properties. The fee is $80 for the first dog, $50 for each additional (three max; one dog at House of Funk). Every house has outdoor space. What each house is like with a dog. For direct bookings, dog fees can be paid via Venmo @houseof.
